Q. Does the library have computers and printers for student use?

The library has a small computer lab on the 1st floor; LU and LIT students, faculty, and staff can sign into these computers with their LEA login.

LU students can also check out a laptop via the Cardinal Connect Laptop program for short term (up to 3 days) or long term (up to 8 weeks) at the IT Service Desk on the 1st floor of the library.

The library has printers on the 1st floor. LU and LIT students can use them. Students receive up to 1000 free pages per semester and can buy additional prints if needed. More information is available at the On-Campus printing website (link opens to new window).

Lamar University IT (link opens to new window) maintains the library computers and printers, manages all aspects of the Cardinal Connect laptops laptops, and assists LU students. LIT IT (link opens to new window) assists LIT students.
